Common pricing questions
You pay for what you use. Loans only and susu only cost less than running both together (hybrid). If you switch modules on or off later, the new price applies from your next renewal — nothing changes mid-period.
Every loan that isn't fully repaid or closed, plus every susu member currently in a group, counted together against your plan's cap. Closed loans and exited members stop counting immediately — your history stays, only active records use capacity.
Every new workspace gets 14 days of full Growth-level access — no card required. When the trial ends, your workspace becomes read-only (your data is safe and fully visible) until you subscribe. Nothing is ever deleted.
Yes. Payments are processed by Paystack, so you can pay by card or mobile money each month. If you pay by card, you can optionally turn on auto-renew so you never lapse.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or change modules from your Workspace settings whenever you like; changes take effect at your next payment. If you stop paying, your workspace simply goes read-only — export everything to CSV whenever you want.
You'll see your usage against the cap in Workspace settings. When you hit it, existing records keep working — you just can't add new active loans/members until you upgrade to Growth (1,500) or free capacity by closing loans or exiting members. Need more? Talk to us about Enterprise.
